We publish our fees structure. We save the costs that are incurred by a traditional network of high street offices and pass these cost savings to our Landlords and Sellers in the form of reduced estate agency commission rates. Estate agency fees from 0.5% with a Sole Agency tie in period of only 15 days. Letting fees from 4.5%, includes full Maras referencing & Rent guarantee.
